Cranberry Tea

1 quart water
12 whole cloves
2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
⅓ cup sugar
4 regular-size tea bags
1 (12-ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate, undiluted

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. Pour over tea bags; cover and steep 3 minutes.
Remove tea bags, squeezing gently. Stir in cranberry juice concentrate; chill. Serve over ice.
